Infants under 2 years:
Infants under 2 years may travel free of charge on eligible tours when no additional seat, ticket, accommodation, or paid service is required. Additional charges may apply for transportation, entrance tickets, activities, or special arrangements, depending on the selected tour.

Children under 5 years:
Children under 5 years may qualify for free participation or a discounted rate, depending on the selected tour and included services. Rates may vary for sightseeing tours, day trips, desert safaris, boat trips, entrance tickets, transportation, and other activities.

Children aged 5 years and above:
Children aged 5 years and above may qualify for a discounted child rate or may be charged the regular tour price, depending on the destination, activity, and service provider. The applicable rate will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Transportation & activities:
Child and infant arrangements may differ for private tours, group tours, sightseeing excursions, transfers, boat trips, desert adventures, and other activities. Separate seats, child seats, entrance tickets, and activity fees may incur additional charges. Please inform us in advance of any special requirements.

Accommodation:
For tours that include overnight stays, child and infant accommodation arrangements depend on the property’s policies, room type, and occupancy limits. Existing bedding may be used where permitted. Extra beds, baby cots, and separate rooms are subject to availability and may require an additional charge.

Meals:
For tours that include meals, child meal rates and infant food arrangements depend on the selected restaurant, hotel, cruise, or tour provider. Baby food, special meals, and dietary requirements should be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Entrance fees & age restrictions:
Museums, archaeological sites, attractions, and activity providers may offer different ticket prices or apply specific age restrictions for children. Applicable entrance fees and participation requirements depend on the selected tour and destination.
