Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

A 65% deposit from the total booking amount is required to confirm any tour. The remaining balance can be paid before or on the tour date depending on the agreement.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 3 days or more before the tour date are eligible for refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour date may not be refunded.
• Cancellations made on the same day of the tour will be charged 100% of the total price.

3. Refund Policy

• Online card payments will be refunded within 14 days.
• Direct payments will be refunded within 24 hours to 3 days.

4. Changes to Booking

Changes to packages or dates are allowed up to 3 days before the tour date, subject to availability.

5. Customer Responsibility

• All guests must request full tour details before payment.
• Guests must be medically fit for travel.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Additional Costs Disclaimer

Memo Tours Egypt is not responsible for any additional or optional costs such as:

• Tips for guides, drivers, or staff
• Personal expenses
• Optional activities not included in the package

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, political issues, or travel restrictions.

8. Age & Health

• Some tours may not be suitable for young children or travelers with limited mobility.
• Health and safety requirements must be followed for each tour.

9. Payment Methods

We accept online card payments, bank transfers, and cash in local currency. Any bank fees are the customer’s responsibility.

10. Liability Limitation

We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, injuries, or accidents during tours. Participation is at your own risk.

11. Media Consent

By joining our tours, guests agree that photos or videos may be used for promotional purposes.

12. Important Notes

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• No-shows are charged 100% of the total price.
• Schedules may change due to weather or safety conditions.
